Initially we would meet with you to discuss your investment objectives, timeframe that you wish to work to and what’s important to you in your investment choices, taking you through how the process works and examples of investment projects we have provided to other investors, as well as answering any questions you may have.
The terms of the loan you provide to us would then be agreed including the timeframe for repayment, and securities to be put in place to protect your investment. For loans of over £50,000, these will be secured with a loan agreement and securities as agreed. Level of security will depend on the amount of the loan but can range from first charge against the property, TX1 which places a restriction to sell the property without your approval, or personal guarantees, giving you complete peace of mind.
A typical investment a loan of £100,000 over a 12 month period would provide you with an interest return of 6%, £6,000 p/a.
We believe in open communication through the process so we are more than happy to keep you informed on a regular basis how the project is progressing, as much or as little as you need. At the end of the project, we are more than happy to roll over your investment and benefit from those returns again and again.
